Built by Amazon sellers, for Amazon sellers

We created Taxller to take the hardest part of a seller’s work — books, deadlines and tax forms — off your plate. We run a foreign-owned US LLC selling on Amazon ourselves: every form we ask you to trust, we file for our own company first.

Your 1099-K says $500,000. Your bank says $312,400.

Fees, refunds, reserves and facilitator tax hide 30–45% of your gross. Taxller explains the gap line by line — before the IRS asks.

Three jobs, done every day

Books that close themselves

Settlements and fees become double-entry books: FBA, referral, storage, PPC, refunds, reimbursements. COGS with FIFO per SKU, computed from your order totals and inventory counts.

Compliance cockpit

Your entity profile becomes an obligations map: every federal and state deadline tracked with green, amber and red status — and the next action.

Forms, filled

Form 5472 + pro-forma 1120 for foreign-owned LLCs, Schedule C data packs for residents — generated from your books, with a guided filing wizard.

Foreign owner of a US LLC? Built for you.

The penalty for a missed Form 5472 starts at $25,000 (IRC §6038A(d)) — and the IRS assesses it systematically on late filings. Taxller prepares exactly the package the IRS expects.

US resident with a US LLC? Built for you.

A single-member LLC reports its profit on Schedule C with your Form 1040 and pays tax in quarterly 1040-ES installments. A late return costs 5% of the unpaid tax for each month, up to 25% (IRC §6651), and every late or short quarter adds its own penalty (IRC §6654). Taxller keeps your books Schedule C-ready and your quarters on the calendar.

Multi-member LLC: Form 1065 by March 15

This penalty doesn’t depend on tax owed: $260 per partner for every month the return is late, up to 12 months (IRC §6698; returns due in 2027). Two partners, five months late — $2,600.

An extension moves the paperwork, not the payment

Form 4868 gives you until October 15 to file — but the tax is still due April 15. Whatever stays unpaid costs 0.5% a month, up to 25% (IRC §6651(a)(2)), plus interest.

State annual report — in Florida, by May 1

File after May 1 and the state adds a $400 late fee. Still not filed by the third Friday of September — on the fourth Friday the LLC is administratively dissolved (Florida Division of Corporations).

Registered for sales tax? File every period — even at $0

Once you register, the state expects a return on its schedule, even when Amazon collected every cent. In Florida a late return costs 10% of the tax, but at least $50 — even when no tax is due.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect Amazon

Secure OAuth: you grant access on Amazon, not here. Three clicks, no buyer data requested. Taxller reads only what bookkeeping needs: financial reports, order and inventory totals, FBA placements across fulfillment centers, and account-level insights.

  2. 2

    Answer the questionnaire

Entity type, owner residency, state — your personal compliance map and calendar appear before the first sync finishes.

  3. 3

    Watch it stay green

Books close daily, deadlines are tracked, forms are ready when the season comes. Amber means: here is the next action.

You stay in control

Every draft waits for you

Nothing is filed or sent on your behalf. Every form is a watermarked draft until you approve it — then the wizard walks you through filing.

An archive that answers

Books, forms and their source numbers are kept year after year. When the IRS asks in 2029 about 2026, the answer is one click away — not a shoebox.

Rules tracked by us, not your bookmarks

IRS forms, thresholds and state rules change. Taxller keeps them current for you, and every tax page shows the filing year it is written for.

Your data works only for you

It is used to build your books and forms — never sold, never shared. Assistant questions are processed by Amazon Bedrock, in US regions, inside an AWS account dedicated to Taxller. Your data is not sent to third parties or used to train models. When we search official sources, only closed-vocabulary topic parameters leave Taxller — never the text of your question, names, or identifying organization data.

We will also tell you what you do NOT need

In marketplace-facilitator states Amazon already collects and remits 100% of marketplace sales tax. Most Amazon-only sellers do not need a sales-tax subscription — we show the statute and say so plainly.

Also in the box

Any marketplace, not just Amazon

Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, Facebook — connect any channel you sell on and get one set of books and reports across all of them.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to be a US resident?

No. Taxller was built first for non-resident owners of US LLCs (Form 5472 + pro-forma 1120), and fully supports US residents filing Schedule C. The onboarding questionnaire adapts everything to your case.

I already have an accountant. Why Taxller?

Keep them — Taxller does the daily work: books, reconciliation, draft forms. Your accountant reviews a clean pack instead of reconstructing a year of settlements, so their hours (and your bill) shrink.

Will Taxller file forms without asking me?

Never. You see every form as a watermarked draft, approve it yourself, and the filing wizard guides you through the exact steps the IRS expects.

How will I know a deadline is coming?

Your personal calendar reminds you 60, 30, 7 and 1 day ahead — each reminder explains what the obligation is and what exactly to do next.

What happens to my data and documents?

They stay in your account and build your archive: books, forms and source numbers, year after year, exportable any time. We never sell or share your data.

Tax rules change constantly. Who keeps up?

We do — forms, thresholds and state rules are updated inside Taxller, and every tax page is marked with the filing year it is current for.

Stop wondering. Start knowing.
