Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 12, 2026

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy governs billing, cancellation, and refunds for Taxller's paid subscriptions and prepaid token purchases, and applies to each purchase from that purchase's checkout date.

Taxller is a product of Andivano LLC, a Florida limited liability company (800 SE 4th Ave, Ste 101, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, USA) ("Taxller," "we," "us"). This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Taxller subscriptions and prepaid token purchases at https://taxller.com.

This Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the same law, venue, and dispute-resolution terms set out there. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service on a refund or cancellation mechanic, this Policy controls.

Taxller is offered only to businesses — companies registered in the United States, including US LLCs owned by non-residents — and not to individual consumers or to anyone under 18. References below to "you" mean the business that holds the Taxller account.

2. Billing Basics and Auto-Renewal

Taxller offers monthly subscription plans currently priced at $49, $99, and $199 per month, each also available on annual billing at a 20% discount to the monthly rate. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.

Before you check out, we show you the price, the billing term, and, for subscriptions, the fact that the plan auto-renews. We also show you how to cancel (see Section 8) before you complete checkout. You must give a separate, affirmative confirmation at each checkout — whether you are starting a paid subscription or buying a token pack — before the charge is processed; adding a plan or pack to your cart is not enough. We keep a record of each confirmation, tied to the specific checkout it was given for.

When your subscription starts, and at each token purchase, we send a confirmation email stating the price, billing term, renewal date (if applicable), and how to cancel.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Taxller never stores your full card number. Prices, plan names, and token rates in this Policy reflect what is displayed on the Taxller pricing page and in-product checkout at the time of your purchase; if there is ever a conflict, the price and terms you agreed to at checkout control.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Subscription Purchase)

If this is your company's first-ever subscription purchase from Taxller — monthly or annual — you can cancel within 14 calendar days of that first charge for a full refund, no questions asked.

To use the guarantee, cancel through the Stripe customer portal or email info@taxller.com within the 14-day window (see Section 8). We refund the full amount of that first charge to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on Stripe and your bank or card issuer and is typically a few business days.

The guarantee applies once per company and applies only to a customer's first subscription charge. It does not apply to renewal charges (see Section 5) or to a second or later subscription taken out after a prior cancellation.

4. Monthly Subscriptions After the Guarantee Period

Once the 14-day money-back window in Section 3 has passed, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes the current month's fee and any future month's fee already charged.

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges — it does not refund fees already paid. Your access to Taxller continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then ends.

5. Annual Subscriptions and Renewal Refunds

A company's first annual subscription purchase is covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 3, the same as a monthly plan.

Outside the 14-day window in Section 3, your first annual charge is non-refundable for the remainder of that annual term — the same rule that applies to monthly fees under Section 4. You may still cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; your access continues through the end of the term you already paid for.

For each later annual renewal charge — your second and any subsequent annual charge — you can request a refund within 30 days of that renewal charge. We refund the unused full months remaining in the annual term at the plan's effective monthly rate (the annual price ÷ 12) to your original payment method; see Section 3 for typical refund timing. We do not refund the partial month already in progress at the time you request the refund.

Example: a $99/month plan billed annually costs $950.40/year (a 20% discount, or $79.20/month equivalent). If you request a refund 2 months into a renewal term, we refund the 10 unused full months at $79.20 each — $792.00 — and keep the 2 months already used.

If you request a refund more than 30 days after a renewal charge, that charge is non-refundable, but you can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your access continues through the end of the paid annual term.

6. Tokens

Taxller sells prepaid token packs to accounts with an active paid subscription, in fixed packs: $10 for 800 tokens, $25 for 2,250 tokens, and $50 for 5,000 tokens. An annual Form 5472 + pro-forma 1120 package (14,900 tokens) will be offered as a token-priced package. Tokens you purchase with real money are refundable, to the extent unused, within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, to your original payment method (see Section 3 for typical refund timing). The refund for unused tokens from a pack is proportional to what you actually paid: each token in a pack is valued at the pack price divided by the pack's token count, and we refund the number of unused tokens at that per-token value, rounded to the cent. Example: you buy the $25 pack (2,250 tokens) and use 400 tokens; if you request a refund within the 14-day window, the 1,850 unused tokens are refunded at $25 ÷ 2,250 per token — $20.56. Where you have bought more than one pack, tokens are treated as spent in the order the packs were purchased (oldest first), after any tokens that carry an expiry date (plan allowance tokens and any promotional tokens that expire); tokens with no expiry date, including welcome and referral tokens, are spent in the order they were credited, oldest first. To request a token refund, email info@taxller.com with the purchase date and amount.

Promotional tokens — including the 500 welcome tokens granted at signup and any referral or promotional token grants — have no cash value and are not refundable under any circumstance.

Plan allowance tokens — the tokens included with a paid subscription each billing period — are part of the subscription itself, not a separate purchase. They have no cash value, are never refunded as money, and expire as described in Section 6 of the Terms of Service (carry-over of at most one billing period, a cap of two times your periodic allowance, and no further grants once the subscription ends). Cancelling a subscription does not convert allowance tokens into a refund; any refund of the subscription charge itself is governed by Sections 3–5 of this Policy.

Deadline overdraft charges. Where the service offers to complete an operation tied to a statutory tax deadline despite an insufficient token balance and you expressly confirm the additional charge (see Section 6 of the Terms of Service), the resulting shortfall is charged with your next invoice at the base rate of 100 tokens = $1, or invoiced separately if no further invoice is due, and will not exceed the token cost of that single operation. An overdraft charge pays for work already performed and is therefore not refundable, except where Section 7 (Duplicate or Erroneous Charges) applies. Where this option is not offered, an operation that would exceed your balance is declined and no tokens are deducted.

7. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

Any duplicate charge, billing error, or charge you did not authorize is refunded in full, regardless of the timing rules above. Email info@taxller.com with the charge date and amount, and we will investigate and refund promptly to your original payment method (see Section 3 for typical refund timing).

8. How to Cancel

Cancellation is self-serve, and you can do it the same way you signed up:

  • Step 1 — In-app: Go to Billing → Manage Subscription in your Taxller account. This opens the Stripe customer portal, where you click "Cancel plan."
  • Step 2 — By email: Email info@taxller.com from your account email with the subject line "Cancel subscription," including your company name.
  • Step 3 — Confirmation: We process the request and send you a confirmation email stating the effective date of cancellation and, if a refund applies under Sections 3, 5, 6, or 7, the refund amount and expected timing.

No further charges are made to your payment method once cancellation is confirmed, other than a charge already in progress at the moment you cancel or a deadline-overdraft charge you expressly authorized under Section 6 of the Terms of Service.

9. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Monthly plans: cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues through the end of the already-paid monthly period, then ends.

Annual plans: cancellation stops future annual renewals; access continues through the end of the already-paid annual term, unless a refund under Section 3 or Section 5 applies, in which case we may end access at the time the refund is issued.

Prepaid tokens: token purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to "cancel." Unused purchased tokens remain in your account for use, or refund under Section 6, until used. Purchased tokens remain usable after cancellation; buying new token packs requires an active paid subscription.

Plan allowance tokens: when you cancel, no further allowance is granted. Allowance tokens already granted remain usable until their scheduled expiry date (no later than one billing period after the period for which they were granted), then expire. They are never refunded as money.

10. Renewal Reminders

We send an email reminder at least 15 days before each annual plan renews, so you have time to cancel or change plans before the charge occurs. Monthly plans renew on a short cycle and are covered instead by the non-refundable policy in Section 4 and the easy self-serve cancellation in Section 8.

Although Taxller's customers are businesses rather than individual consumers, we follow this practice voluntarily, consistent with the disclosure and reminder norms of the federal Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act (ROSCA) and state automatic-renewal laws such as California's (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600–17606). Every renewal reminder and every confirmation email includes plain instructions to cancel in the same medium you used to sign up.

11. Your Data After Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or your books immediately. For a limited period after cancellation or account closure, you can log in and export your ledgers, filings, and other records. After that export window, we delete or anonymize your account data, subject to anything we are legally required to retain (for example, billing records).

Full details on the export window and data retention are in our Terms of Service (Effect of Termination) and Privacy Policy (Data Retention). If you want your data deleted sooner than the standard window, email info@taxller.com and we will accommodate that request to the extent the law allows.

12. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other right you have under law that cannot be waived by agreement, including any mandatory right under the law of the jurisdiction where your business is registered. Where this Policy is more generous than what the law requires, the terms of this Policy apply.
